<p>Undergraduate degree required; Engineering, Manufacturing or Operations emphasis is desired.</p>

<p>Masters in Engineering, MBA or other Graduate Degree or highly Specialized Training would be viewed favorably.</p>

<p>Peference will be given for experience in implementing and operation of Demand Flow Technology (DFT), Six Sigma quality, ISO, Just in Time, World Class Safety and Quality environments;</p>

<p>Looking for an individual with a 15-20 year track record who has evidence of increasing levels of leadership and managerial responsibilities.,<p>

<p>Demonstrated experience in a job shop, metal manufacturing environment necessary.</p>

<p>The position of CFO reports to the CEO. The incumbent will be responsible for the organization’s entire financial and treasury functions, Human Resources and IT.</p>
 
<p>The CFO is a key member of the four-person Executive Team (CEO, President, CFO and VP Operations) that sets and manages the overall strategy of the company. The CFO will be a key adviser to the CEO on the cost and financial impacts of all strategic and tactical decisions. The CFO will play a broad role in working with all functional areas of the business to assure that all key managers understand their impact on the entities financial performance. Additionally the CFO will manage the company’s banking to assure complete compliance.</p>

Key Responsibilities Include</p>

<p>Establishment of a robust financial planning and budgeting process to manage and measure business performance on a yearly, quarterly and monthly basis. Development and oversight of detailed monthly management reporting process . Work efficiently with outside auditors and tax planners. Analysis and recommendation on all key costs. Analysis, recommendation and execution on an updated IT strategy and process.</p>
<p>Oversight of an experienced HR-Director to assure HR process and insurances are up to date and fully implemented Participation in 5 to 6 meetings of the Board of Directors</p>

<p>Education:</p>
