Your ALLEN/ASSOCIATES search team schedules client/candidate meetings, makes travel arrangements, and handles reimbursement of travel related expenses. After each session the lead search consultant has a detailed debriefing session with the client and candidate providing valuable post-interview feedback and impressions.

Upon final selection the ALLEN/ASSOCIATES search team opens a dialog with individuals capable of providing insights about the candidate's qualifications and character. We seek references provided by the candidate and off-the-radar ALLEN/ASSOCIATES industry contacts. The collective comments derived by these references are reviewed with the client. Once the candidate selection is determined ALLEN/ASSOCIATES moves the search to the closure stage handling compensation recommendations & negotiations, the resignation process, relocation issues, and the transition strategy.

Saying "I do" is just the beginning. After the candidate becomes an employee we contact everyone that was helpful in the search process and thank him or her on the client's behalf. At your direction we will also develop a press release for publication in the Executives on the Move section of AllenSearch, Allen Associates' online executive community. Further, once the new employee is on board we continue to have an open dialog to ensure a smooth transition and integration to the client's team.
